"Spam & virus free email without changes to your infrastructure"
You want to protect your email environment against spam , viruses and unwanted content. Spam represents nowadays over 85% of the total amount of mail you would normally receive on your own mail server and is a burden for your internet connection, the mail server, the backups and most importantly your personnel. It's not only the irritation; it is above all the time spam consumes for employees with looking at the mails, whether to decide it's spam and deletion. Furthermore spam harbours a significant security risk. The intention of spam is to lure ignorant users to a website with the intention to sell you something, or is a fake website of your bank. The majority of these sites tries to exploit an (un)known leak in your internet browser in order to install malicious software (malware). The consequence can be that a user thinks he is using his well known and trusted internet banking application but in reality he is connected to a rogue website that is the spitting image of the real one. The consequences are clear.

Technology Through a DNS adjustment of your domain (MX records) all the mail is delivered to the EmailWasher. The EmailWasher scans all mail on spam, viruses and unsolicited content. Emails, containing viruses are refused. Email, identified as spam, is quarantained. Email containing unsolicited content will be removed from the unwanted content. The rest of the emails, will be delivered via SMTPs on your mail server. On pre-defined times the end user will be sent an overview of the spam identified as spam. The end user can click on an email to release it, when it is inadvertently identified as spam. The sender will be added automatically to the personal white list of the user. Furthermore end users can login via the EmailWasher website to check the spam in quarantine, release / delete emails and to mange personal preferences.
