- 9PROOF BladeBox eXtreme Enterprise Edition increases the storage security within your Company to the highest level by applying the strongest standards of encryption, compression and authentication on both the physical storage medium and the data transmission network.
- BladeBox eXtreme Enterprise Server creates and manages Encrypted Virtual Disks (EVD), which are kept on a secure physical storage device. The BladeBox eXtreme Agent can “mount” these EVD’s locally on the client as if they were actual hard disks while at the same time ensuring the security of network communications by the use of TLS encryption and authentication, based on X. 509 certificates.
- All components and functions of BladeBox eXtreme Enterprise Edition are managed by a System Administrator through the simple yet powerful BladeBox eXtreme Enterprise Management Console, through which you can define access policies per-user, per-group and per-EVD; you can also create virtual disks, create/import users and manage individual sets of rules per user. All this can be done from your computer, without ever leaving the workplace.
- The AppBlade application firewall ensures that only authorized programs can effectively access the contents of an EVD. These settings can be differentiated and customized for each individual user or group, for each file type and for each operation (read / write / browse).
- BladeBox eXtreme Enterprise Edition also allows you to define rules for each mount point of its EVD’s, impose time restrictions and set automatic notifications when specific events occur.
- The stand-alone Log Server and Key Server (included in the solution) can both be optionally divided between several management figures, ensuring safety and compliance with the policies of a typical enterprise environment.
- Full integration with Active Directory, in full or partial trust modes, allows you to leverage the value of the infrastructure investment.
